Conveniently located at Rathmines — just minutes from Toronto — our gated complex offers a wide range of unit sizes to suit every need and budget. Whether you're storing a few boxes or the contents of an entire home, our team is dedicated to ensuring your belongings are safe and secure.

We are predominantly an unstaffed site; however, we have a caretaker onsite for limited hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:00am – 12:00pm. Give us a call to discuss your needs — we're always happy to help.

Frequently asked questions

Can I access my storage unit at night?
Yes. All tenants receive a personal gate code for 24/7 access to the facility — day or night, 365 days a year. The site is fully lit with security cameras installed throughout.
What sizes of storage units are available?
We offer a wide range — from small units ideal for a few archive boxes, right up to large warehouse-sized units that can fit the contents of a five-bedroom house. Ground floor and mezzanine options are available.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. All our storage is month-to-month, so other than the first month there are no lock-in contracts. You can store for as short or as long as you need, and there are no penalties for leaving early.
Is the facility secure?
The facility has electronic gated entry with individual access codes and multiple security cameras installed externally around the site. Each unit is individually locked with your own padlock.
Can I store a caravan, boat, or vehicle?
No. Unfortunately, we do not store caravans, boats, jet skis, trailers, or cars within the facility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept cash; however, we can process Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards. We require automatic direct debit to be set up for hassle-free payments.
